IT Staff Augmentation

Atlas Intelligence Staff Augmentation provides the technical professionals you need, from Project Managers, Business/Systems Analysts, Software Developers, Web Designers or Database Administrators. Our personnel are perfect when you have a specific project that needs to be completed within a difficult timeframe.

The Staff Augmentation process includes pre-screening to evaluate technical skills, extensive reference checking, testing, and face-to-face meetings with each prospective candidate. We also conduct follow-up after the consultant is hired to make sure both parties are satisfied.

Contract-to-Hire Services

If you are in need of a skilled IT Professional but prefer hiring on a trial basis for 90 to 120 days at your site our Contract–to-Hire service is the perfect solution for both you and the IT candidate. With Contract-to-hire, you have the opportunity to review the candidate’s skill level as well as “real world” interpersonal skills. Our process will ensure a win-win situation for both parties. The key to a successful engagement is understanding both candidate and employer goals, combined with on-going communication with the IT candidate while they are on the initial assignment.

The Contract-to Hire Process involves identifying the initial Job Requirement and our qualification process determine the best  candidate.  We will present only pre-screened, pre-qualified candidates.


Permanent Placement

While searching for Permanent Placement Candidates, you will work directly with your dedicated Senior Recruiter/Resource Manger. We work closely with our clients, understanding your needs and providing the perfect candidate to ensure a succesful placement for client and candidate. 

We pre-screen and interview all of our consultants to evaluate technical skills, define career objectives, and verify professional and personal references. This guarantees that we recruit only those applicants who meet the highest standards. We stay closely involved throughout the process with follow-up calls and negotiations on behalf of the prospective employee or employer, and we continue to monitor status after employment to make sure both parties are satisfied.
